interactive information management system that includes two-way mobile
communications, satellite tracking and fleet management software.

With real-time messaging, performance monitoring and systems
integration, we are able to react to customers' requirements immediately.
Highland works closely with Shaw Tracking in order to enhance current
systems and features OmniTracs, a computer program
designed to help ensure on-time delivery. Based on Rand McNally
mileage charts, OmniTracs informs dispatchers if a vehicle has
deviated from the pre-planned route or is currently running behind
schedule. Dispatchers can then contact the driver to investigate the
situation.
Our system is used for more than just vehicle positioning. It provides
a competitive advantage by enabling dispatchers to co-ordinate the
loading of goods directly into your warehouse or production facility.

with all trucks at all times.
