Highland works closely with Shaw Tracking in order to enhance current systems and features OmniTracs, a computer program designed to help ensure on-time delivery. Based on Rand McNally mileage charts, OmniTracs informs dispatchers if a vehicle has deviated from the pre-planned route or is currently running behind schedule. Dispatchers can then contact the driver to investigate the situation.
