Highland is looking for good dependable Owner Operators and small to medium sized Fleet Owners to join our expanding fleet.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a class AZ Drivers License or equivalent

• A minimum age of 23

• One year, over the road experience*

• Have a stable work history

• Have an acceptable driving record

• No DUI convictions or positive drug & alcohol events in the last 5 years

• Possess a FAST card or ability to apply

• No criminal convictions that would eliminate border crossing ability

• Ability to work in Canada and the USA

• Good verbal and written English language skills

• Well maintained tractor not more than 8 years old

• Must be able to scale 45,000lbs

• Wet weight not to exceed 19,000lbs

• Maximum 5th wheel height of 47.5”

• Maximum wheel base not to exceed 244”

* Exceptions to the one (1) year OTR requirement may be made on an individual basis if the driver applicant has a stable work history and has received their training from an approved accredited school. If you have limited over-the-road experience that does not qualify you to be a single qualified over-the road driver we have limited positions available in our on-job-training program. The program consists of paid over-the-road driving under the direct instruction of a qualified trainer with a strong emphasis on skills upgrading, safety and communication.
